Two days in a mountain log cabin far from people, First snow, Solo overnight in the woods

I went to the log cabin in the mountains again. This way I take a break from building on the property and get to know new places. I like to come to the mountain lodges when it is cold, because there is no one here in this weather. In summer these cabins are used by shepherds and cheese makers. This time I encountered the first snow of the year and the temperature dropped to -1 at night. I knew roughly where I was going, so I brought trash bags to clean up after the tourists who were always leaving trash behind. I can't carry all the trash that far, so I took as much as I could so it wouldn't be too hard to walk. Then I noticed that the firewood looked like someone had scattered it, so I decided to put it back. In places like this it is a very valuable resource, you don't want firewood lying in the rain. And then.... see for yourself. Enjoy your viewing.

I am alone most of the time with exception of a sweet little six year old female beautiful mutt than had my heart completely. I always like being alone and not having to please anyone but myself. It was a long time coming but worth the wait🫢 82 years

Hi Roman,, Thank You for sharing your Down time with all of us. The Peacefulness of the mountains gives you time to Relax & enjoy Nature.. It is sad that others do not Respect anothers dwelling. your cleaning it shows the shepherds you .dont like the Place disorganized & you did it with such care. The Beauty of the scenery takes your Breathe away. Along with the Fresh Mountain air ,away from the Hustle & Bustle of the City life is good for the soul. Thank you for sharing your adventures. The furnace does a pretty good job of warming, but the floors have a lot of holes in them. That didn't allow the cabin to keep the temperature down

I was watching and started to wonder - the log cabin out there is well built and stands strong .. all the other buildings are also in a good condition, but no one lives there all year round .. interesting why .. it's such a beautiful place with gorgeous views and full of privacy .. this would be a dream come true for some people :)) My full support to your country ✊✌

Dumb question, here, for anyone. Just discovered videos like this a week ago. I haven't seen anyone leave some of the logs/wood inside the cabins when they leave. Wouldn't that ensure some dry wood? Is there a downside to it?
