Two Dogs Covered in Solid Tar and roaming over the street | Rescued Video.
The Rescuer got called about two dogs who were covered by tarpit. the passer called the rescuers and told them two dogs were wandering over the street with a glued tarpit. The rubber tar was badly glued to both dogs' bodies. they were also unable to walk properly.
The staff immediately reached there and started to rescue both of them.
