Here I talk about two video games, Journey and Sable. I've been wanting to talk about Sable for a while now and I'm happy I did. For PC Both Sable and Journey can be found on steam.

No one else I've talked to has played Journey. It is a masterpiece. I'm so happy to see someone else talk about it.

I recently played Sable on PS5 since it was a "gift" on PS+ and I really loved it! Especially the artsy style that constantly left me in awe. Powerful in its message too. Liked Journey way back on PS3 when it came out and Sable feels like a spirtual follow up! Would also love to see them on Switch!

Sable looks similar to the art style of the new Martian game

I watched the whole video thinking i was watching someone with a high subscriber count, to my surprise it's just the start of something amazing. I will recommend "Fran Bow" as an out-of-the-box of what i assume could be a new experience, i think you would enjoy it. Your voice leaves me in peace, definitely gonna subscribe, great video, great content, keep it up.

I knew a little bit about Journey as the precursor to Sky: Children of the Light, made by the same company, but I had never heard of Sable before. I gotta admit, I'm genuinely interested! I'm gonna have to look into it and see where I can get it!

On top of being such an excellent game, Sable's ost was made by Japanese Breakfast and it's so good, she did a wonderful work and I hope she'll be on more video games projects because she's such a talented artist ;_;

This got me re-excited to finally try out Sable one of these days! I think I tried a demo of it once upon a time and loved the aesthetic you were talking about, to say nothing of the worldbuilding and overarching narrative element to the whole adventure. Journey will always live on in my heart, even after only going through the adventure once. 💛

Journey is one of my all time favorites! Sable i played but got burned out but nothings wrong with Sable! I like the focus on conversation and riddles the ship puzzles and the story they tell, I just belong to the 20% of Gamers that rarely ever finish a game.

This video feels so genuine. I can really hear the passion you have for these games in the way you talk about them. They aren't really my speed but damn if you don't make them sound enticing. I hope to see more like this in the future from you...if it is what you want to do of course. In any case, thank you for making this and therefore enriching my day.

Thank you so much! I honestly don't see any videos talking about Sable other than when the game first released, and that's almost two years now! I hope more people get to playing this game

Sable was an amazing experience all be bit slightly flawed, mostly mechanically, the hover bike kept on getting stuck on geometry and sometimes just got stuck in the ground, although to be fair I played on release day so theses issues might have been fixed (also was kinda dissapointed that some bike parts were just better than others, made the customization after a few hours a bit lacking, why would I use this one part when this other part is just better in every way, granted this is a bit of nitpicking). Although the feature that I don't think enough people talk about is how the game ends when you want it to end, there is so main story to follow with side quests, the side quests are the main story, You could do all the quests and get every mask or do one quest, get one mask and finish the game. Having the game end when the player is satisfied was a wonderful choice for such a game with its themes, only other game I can think of that did something similar was Her Story (although a very different game, tonally and thematically). More people need to play Sable, underrated and slept on by too many folks.

Sable does such a good job of making side quests and exploration make sense in the overall narrative. like with breath of the wild, the looming thread of ganon meant I felt a bit guilty spending multiple in-game days hiking up a mountain to take pretty landscape pictures. but in sable your whole goal is to meet people and explore, there's no pressure.
