I paused the video at 32:30 because i wanted to say right now that i am really enjoying this video. i was especially impressed with your method of cooking. everything was fresh, home grown, and probably as delicious as it looks. kids don't fake about what they like or don't like, so their facial expressions tell it all. this is so so nice, so wonderful to see.

Amazing! I used to catch these in Alaska. We would just cut and marinate in lemon. After a few days it would fully cook. Great also with Sea-Scallops. Beautiful house!
