We should always aspire for more. In that sense, nothing should ever be enough. However, accepting what you have now and that it is enough of a starting point to get you to where you need to be... that is a mindset... and sometimes that.. that can be enough.

Same man. But I luckly lost my depression after I really fought against everything that happened to me. My parents abused me and I have now a year, free of abuse, them and the depression they actually caused. Keep fighting, the world is dark, but the darker the shadows around you have been, the brighter the few points of light become and the more relieving the eventual freedom will be.
