People have completely lost the reasons for commenting on movie posts. The comments are supposed to point out what's good about the movie (commendation) and areas that need improvement (productive criticism). This helps future productions. That's how Nollywood has improved over time. But these days, it's all about "My so and so people, let's gather." "Who's here for that person?" and so on. Often, I read comments to get the vibe of a movie before watching it. Can we please get back to commenting on the plots and storyline of the movie? TY.

A typical Nollywood fan watches a movie because their favourite actor/ actress is in it, once that criteria is met, the movie is perfect. Additionally, they look at praising actors and producers regardless as the best support they can offer. Pointing out the flaws is viewed as hating. I have been called out several time for saying that the movie plot was weak or something negative. Some even told me to write my own movies if i think I know better! Have you seen an African institution that is very keen to receive Feedback? It seems to be an African thing, not limited to Nollywood. In Europe companies and institutions pay people to test their products and write unbiased reviews negative or positive. I know so because I do et incentivised to test products and write product reviews and I have given many products 1 star out of 5 and still kept the product yet the companies never hunted me down!

It’s really sad sometimes people do not look back , considering where they are coming from and how far they have come. First the wife , she admitted she was from a poor home , even if she ddnt live the man , she could manage Bkos this man gave his all. Ny, aside whatever feelings he had for Linda , he was just supposed to remember the good intensions the man had for him .God didn’t take him there for his actions by influence . Great movie , great lessons . Always be grateful for who offers the little help
