Assalamu Alykum Dr Khalid Zaheer This is Dr Abdus Samie, if you remember. Sun don't set. There is day in half of the globe but night in the other half at the same timr. West has drawn an imaginary line in the Pacific Ocean. Dates and days (Sunday Monday) are different on both sides of the date-line. It is assumed that runrises on the east of that line and moves to the. Thus it reaches on the west of this line after 24 hours. Thus if Meckka (which is scientifically proven to the centre of gravity of globe) is treated to be the date-line moon moves towards west to arrive at Pakistan in 22 hours. So we living in Pakistan are 22 hours behind Meckkah not 2 hours ahead.
