I have definitely noticed you leveling up in sophistication, Tamara. More luxury and classicism. Your last phase was a wonderful dissertation on color and playfulness, and that was fun. I think the reason we were embracing color so much was because we had emerged from a long period of black, and we were leaving it behind with a vengeance. We needed cheering up too. But now we are settling down and looking for long term quality in uncertain times. Beautiful Constance. That is what I pictured when Philippo said box leather! Celine has their beautiful one, and Hermes does too and you got the jump on it!

I am glad you have two different bags and one that is not even on the radar. I always thought I wanted a Birkin or Kelly but now I realised there are so many lovely vintage bags out there. Also I have problems with my right hand so cannot carry heavy leather bags. I tried to get a garden party in canvas but even that is difficult to get hold of in my part of the world (UK). I recently bought a Herline tote PM (looks brand new) cost Less than £150.00 and am expecting a Fourre tout GM that cost you £410. Hoping it turns out to be as the pictures as it also looks brand new. Desires and styles change due to circumstances, style and age.
