I don't know if the stain has been too long on your pants, but I have a good recipe to remove weird stains. Maybe it is worth trying. One tea spoon of Dawn ( dawn only) dishwashing liquid,3 to 4 table spoon peroxide and a couple spoon baking soda. Mix into a paste and brush into the stain with tooth brush. Nice to see people that still respect the people they visit.

thank you so much! Dawn is usually my go-to for stains but I had none on me. I'm going to have to carry it with me when I travel from now on haha
