No Madam , What immortal hand or eye Could frame thy fearful symmetry is a rhyme . Eye rhymes with symmetr(eye). Blake entitles the poem Tyger . The Y in Tyger giving us a clue to the forced rhyme . These days the spelling is often changed , through blissful ignorance or disregard ? Who knows ?
