Ligue 1 would not be good because he has already played there and had an ok term at PSG but I think Italy would be good for Neymar.

If Manchester United can pay 55M pounds for Bremer, and 40M pounds for Todibo, we will have the best defence in Europe since Ferdinand and Vidic. And then Pedro Neto on the write wing for 60M pounds, and then, João Gomes for 50M pounds. Then Manchester United can sell players... I'm sure Manchester United can recoup at least 2/3 of that amount by selling players like Maguire, Lindelof, Greenwood, and Sancho, Pelistri and otehers.... Why? The dude can't stay healthy (he missed 134 games in 6 seasons with PSG), he's not what he used to be, and you can expect to lose him when it matters -- Feb for his birthday/carnival, March for his sister's birthday, and April/May for injury because he statistically can't stay healthy. Thank you for the memories, but there is no room for him today.
