How? It seems normal to me, if you think this is crazy mfers use to make subwoofer boxes out of sonotube back in the day even better some used 5 gal buckets trust me this is fairly normal for a setup especially if you have 12s that can’t really hit the higher frequencies or you want a system that can go deep and still handle other genres.

Clean is what most of us look for. This ain't that. This is a complete fire hazard. Quality over quantity. If you can't afford good equipment and don't know what you're doing, fire will occur

@@stevemaniaci4750 at the moment..i have two AB xfl 1544 wired to 1ohm stable,two xs power d3400,mechman 270.3 runs of 0.doing 147 on music.150 burp 38hrtz.with the orion 2500.1DZ.if i could het three xfl’s?who knows.c pilar no wall now as well.

There's a reason you don't run different subs, with the different motor forces etc. There is going to be phasing/loading issues

When i was in high school back in the early 90's a buddy of mine had two 12's and two 10' all kicker comp ran off of kicker amps but it beat like hell.

I made a box like that with 4 15s . 2 on the side and 2 on top it only worked when I inverted 2 on top because of phase issues

Right. You don't see much flexing with all those subs and a 2500 amp. My 1 18" zv5 sundown has the entire front window pushing out on a salt 1.5 at .5 ohm.

I had 6/12s in my nitro. 150 db. 3 sets of different 12s. 2 different boxes. Although I had rims and my car was nice to look at. The whole back of my vehicle was all subwoofer boxes. So I definitely get it. Nowadays I like it to look good too. But I've been there maybe not that level but I was on the chase for bass

This is actually kinda smart besides how the tens are flipped that doesn’t really help but having two different subs like this is the best bass range the 10s do really good with higher bass and the 12s do more work on the lower bass they work together pretty much

I don't remember exactly what he said, but I'm pretty sure he hasn't wired so like half all more even less, so that's probably where the difference is. You probably have yours wired to 1 ohm or higher

@@JacobViral we just missed making the show in 2022. Had the motor go out in my buddys s10 audio truck 5 days before the the show. We snatched the motor and rebuilt it and got it in the hole the day of the show. We wont miss it this year. Skip has a nasty Ext cab s10 with a 4th order blow thru with 4 12s. Looking and going to 6 12s. I will have my series 6th order finished in my f150.

Unfortunately those 12s being joined in the same area of the 10s take away their full potential (unless they are wall separated and have their own breathing areas but then they would still be sufficated by lack of space). Top marks for uniqueness. It's best to understand each sub as a living being. Like Frankenstein he needs space to breath otherwise he will die...

Others have found having two sub sizes covering the same freqs will cause a muddy bass sound.

I think I did a terrific job man on your whole set up. The bass sounds very clear in your set up. Let me ask u a question have u ever thought about just keeping one size speakers instead of 2 10" subs. But yeah I give u a 7 on a scale of 10.

I'm not at all or rude person however I do believe in constructive criticism this young man has put more than enough money and equipment into this build for it to sound the way it sounds he should be doing twice the numbers he's doing he needs to get rid of all of those crappy ass boxes each pair of subwoofers needs to be in its own specific chamber and he will get way more output and probably sound 10 times better SQ
