In the 60's I played in an orchestra and this music brings back so many memories. There are no superior instruments, in my opinion than the brass section! Played baritone, trumpet,, and French horn. The best years of my life and I'm now 71!

I always find it a bit sad that the brass often don't play that much in classical music. My brother plays trombone and in some pieces of music he doesn't play for ages. Brass just has so much sound! I myself am a fan of nearly every orchestral music, and I like it that there's people with similar interests here, even though you seem to be a few decades older than me (I'm only thirteen)

@@durina6396 As a former professional trombonist i can really relate to your comment. The worst example i can think of is Beethoven's 5th symphony. I had to sit all the way through the first 3 movements and then the very first note of the last movement is a high C! 😐

Never heard anything like this in my life. Complete accident stumbling on it. I have Depression /Anhedonia (not feeling pleasure) and this transports me to another realm. Relentless, uplifting. That one is so old and it's the one song that got me into Thomas Bergersen's music. It was a video of a fireworks show on facebook. Doubt I can find it now but I'm like what is this song and found out the name and artist and it pretty much took off from there. Got a couple other artists but so far a lot of my epic genre music is mostly Thomas Bergersen.

@@commandercody38 I can suggest having a look into "Epic Music World" too, its a great label and it creates music similar to TSFH but also more calmer and beautiful songs which I personally refer to as "Post Epic Music" because they have the vibe of a field in a sunrise after a huge battle where flowers start to bloom again

This is a great selection of tracks! With the amount of great music created by Two Steps from Hell, 36 tracks means several really good ones will be left out (I don't think even 50 would be enough to not leave out a few great tracks). For me, the ones I missed most here were Dragon Rider, United We Stand - Divided we Fall, and Compass (the version with Merethe Soltvedt), but there are definitely others as well.

Epic music gives you a strong, powerful energy that rap cannot give you. There is a difference between hype and bold energy. Rap gets you excited and energetic but epic music makes you feel like a soldier and badass like master chief.

Was listening to this while cleaning. I heat cleaning but this music kept me going all day. Never in the history of cleaning has anybody ever cleant as clean as I did clean! And it felt as if it was the most epic deed I have ever done.

Dear random person who reads this right now. I've been there, we all been there some time in our lives, some moments are better than others with other words. Give yourself time to repair yourself, i want you to get better. Right now i can't imagine what you're going through but i bet it's a tough time you got right now. Well, being kind towards another has nothing to do with worthiness, but rather necessity, because we all need love and affection, some need it more than others and everyone shows it differently. I want you to feel loved even in the darkest times. I want you to experience happiness. That also does not need to be earned. I'm sorry that i can't help you or even try better than this. But i will always want you to be happy. Stay strong person out there! Remember that there is always light in the end of the dark tunel. Stay safe, healthy & awesome You're not alone! And NEVER GIVE UP
