This would depend on your location, as geographic costs for materials an labour vary significantly. For an idea, a rough estimate can be between $51,000-70,000 (Php2.4M-3.3M) NOT INCLUDING the lot/land. Again, this is a rough ESTIMATE, and I would suggest to get an architect and and engineer to get a better, more accurate costing.😀 Please subscribe and check out my other videos for more design inspiration.
