You must keep synthetic hair etc from your hair. Use aloe vera juice daily to spray your edges. Olive oil around the perimeter as well is helpful. I'm 45^ and waist length but I do not use heat but maybe twice a year. I was 3c4a but changed 4a4b. Not that gray but it is course compared to 5 years ago when I was barely grey.

@@KarrillDaDiva yes. I purchase fruit of the earth from JoeVs, Walmart pharmacy department or Kroger's. You can drink it so it will be near health, wellness and beauty. It is holy grail. My hair is never dry. I am high porosity so if you are low you may have to just massage it end sometimes to penetrate your concerning areas. Don't waste your time with aloe vera plant but it's ok deep conditioning mask once in awhile. Aloe vera juice is golden. Will be so moisturized. I spray my twist every day. I love me some camille rose and shea moisture but all that stuff is not the truth without aloe vera juice. Lol. You are welcome Queen. Naturals united. Queenology

This is the ONLY protective style I do. Honestly. Lol I'll do braids like once every 3 months. When I take down my braids then I wash my hair and twist it. My bf says I don't know any other style
