Some new characters got introduced and they did nothing lol, kinda pointless but i think the author introduced them this early because he wants us to know places besides the kingdom are taking notice of Ainz and are starting to look into him. So later on when they finally do act, we go "ohh, its them!" Instead of feeling they cane out of nowhere and magically know everything our MC been doing.
