Hands down, this is one of the real survival games I’ve ever seen. Very tough and really challenging. Different approaches can be taken and your way to be the hobo king is never an easy one. 😎👍🏼

Go to Drak and buy a couch or something to sleep on. It will cost 300. Also dont be afraid restart a couple times. Getting dinged on stats will be rough. Once you learn to balance your food and other stats, you'll be fine.

- Hey Floppy, just want to say I recently found your channel and I love the content. Please keep up the good work. Now, in regards to your mew game:: I have played this for years, and it is truly a great and original game, very good. Now, there are a lot of things you will need to learn and do but I will help with a couple basic tips. EVERY skill you have you advance by doing, the more you neg the better you are at begging, the more you dumpster dive the better you get, and the better stuff you can find. One small detail you are making a mistake with is that you need to be careful with your dumpster diving - for each level you have in dumpster diving you get one warning, the "Yield" symbol = that is basically telling you that you have avoided one "Schrapnel" which you definitely don't want to be hitting. if you continue after having discovered one, you will risk hitting it after your warnings are used up, and they will do three things, they make your clothes smelly, and they rip your clothes, after the clothes condition is reduced to zero, you will start taking damage from every schrapnel, losing health. If your clothes are soiled you will increase smell, with bad smell you will be less likely to have people talk to you for begging. Begging is essential, you beg everyone and conversation as much as you can it increases your percentage chance to succeed at the beg option, with change and money you can buy food like ham subs, burgers etc. Recommendations :: dumpster dive everywhere, but STOP once you hit your maximum number of warnings - if you are level 4 Dumpster Diving you get 4 warnings, so it's slow at first you can build it up. take off your clothes if you want, that way you can check dumpsters without soiling or damaging your clothes, but you will take health hits buy coffees and foods for keeping your hunger and tiredness under control at the supermarket, buy lemons for reducing sickness and illness/poisoning etc Also at the supermarket you can buy health first aid, but they are a little expensive at first - however you can make your own bandages with scrap sloth for free, although they are much less health gain certain better clothes give you various benefits like charm for begging, armor for defense and of course warmth there are a few barrels around town that are lit permanently, you can use those for a quick warm up. the better quality bedding you have for a bench to sleep, the faster you gain back your energy if you have no coffees you have a base inventory you can leave things at home to go out and collect more stuff. Craft things gain levels etc - Your best bet in early games is concentrate on conversation/begging A LOT, and slowly increase your dumpster diving skills, and you will begin to collect a good amount of crafting supplies and money. Also, there are a couple good places to know about, you can get temp jobs from the temp agency, next to the police department/jail area and there is a charity on the "Upper Level" where you can get some free food, free clothes and make a bit of cash walking the dog. Also, take a lot of quests to gain reputation and some pretty decent rewards, some things you cant craft and are rarely available for sale, like Epic Trash/Epic Junk, which you will need for higher tier crafting. I hope that these basic tips help you manage to advance a learn a little easier, you will need to learn by actually playing but at least now you know some of the basic game mechanics and some basic places to go :)
