I bought your plans & built it. What a great learning experience & it’s the best tool in my shop. I’m now rebuilding it with linear rails. The expense for the rails is worth it to me since I use it for carving & making perfect size parts like you showed in this video. CNC’s are great if you do many of the same part to make it save enough time for production purposes, but for a small luthier this thing is a must have. Once you have a template to use it’s a cake walk, It’s fun to use too.!!!! Brilliant!!!👏👏👏👏

You're really skilled my friend! I'm happy to see you still have all your fingers attached despite the way you use the table saw. You really should atleast install a riving knife

I just came upon your channel and your content is impressive. I guess your background is in engineering. However some of the what I've seen seems to require a lot of money but using basic tools. People who can only afford to buy basic tools generally dont have the money for your projects. Could you please do something that is readily affordable for people that can only get cheap or second hand items. Thanks and i think your ingenuity is amassing

2nd one is less time and effort consuming :-). i use my cnc machine, put of the belts so i can do something like you do. in that way i have a cnc with motors to do engravings and fine adjustment work, but still able to make fast squares the way you do.. :-) love your machine btw! friendly greetings, jorgen

The addition of a dust collector that runs near the bit as it cuts would add much to the accuracy of this device. I know, because I use one on my own.
