@@luldorian2x I agree. Speed and Desotos front 7 will be an issue for Vandy. Vandy is very well coached so they can scheme 2 to 3 tds. 21 - 34 Desots

Notice they didn't show the 3 ridiculous penalties that kept vandy's drive alive at the end. They wouldn't even replay them on the big screen. Refs were against Katy at the end. They've been to the finals 16 times. They wanted to see a different team go.

@@theuhohoreo100 The Tigers were definitely better in previous seasons. If Vandergrift had faced any version of them between 1997 and 2020, then they would've gotten their asses handed to them on the field.

Desoto has played SFA, Duncanville and Guyer, they are battle tested. If they play like they did last week I see the score being 55-21 at best. Anything can happen but that statement is a reach lol.

Now I’m not saying Vandergrift can’t win,They could win win who knows, but Desoto has seen it all. 2 Top 10 teams and Guyer who was top 20 or 15. Who has Vandergrift seen? As I recall, North Shore routinely kicked the crap out of Lake Travis up and down the field in the state semifinals. They even managed to upset Westlake this past season, despite losing 21-24 in what was considered to be a very close game. The Mustangs would destroy Vandegrift on the gridiron too, if they ever happened to meet in the playoffs. As for Katy, it seems that they simply weren't at their best on that particular day but I'm certain that they'll get to take another crack at the Vipers next season. 💯🏈
