As far as I know they choose their outfits for dance practices themselves which explains Soobin, Taehyun, Huening's debate on whose outfit was the best for Magic dance practice haha

TXT wear their own clothes for dance practices but most idols and groups have a stylist for dance practices( mostly girl groups coz usually they have a clothing sponsor or an colour palette image)

You may have noticed this during the album breakdown but I don’t remember … Angel or Devil has a Boy in Luv reference not only in the lyrics but also in the choreo! The why you shaking my heart move makes a brief appearance! ☺️ I always thought it was super cute

Nowdays is less unusual for idols to be styled for dance practices... But even when they aren't styled by the company, or aren't colored coordinated, most of them do put effort on what they will wear. They wear nicer clothes for DP videos then what they would on regular practice days

For idol dance practices - most of the time they will be wearing their own clothes BUT i assume they will be told a theme or color so that it looks a bit coordinated. For special dance practices though, like Halloween ver etc that's always the companies' clothes iirc.
