‘The Name Chapter: Freefall’ is the name of the album. While TXT has an incredibly versatile sound (you can basically name any genre and they’ve done it), each one of their albums continues the narrative from where the previous one left off. Albums that are thematically connected in the narrative are titled under the same chapter (for example the current chapter is ‘The Name Chapter’, their previous comeback was titled ‘The Name Chapter: Temptation’, and this one is ‘The Name Chapter: Freefall.’) So, while the songs may sound incredibly different, they make sense within the narrative of both the album and the wider overarching story. I'm not sure if I explained this well but hopefully, it gives you a little more context to TXT's concept. I was already highly anticipating this comeback but the preview has made me even more excited - even from the little snippets they showed I can already see its connections to previous albums plus the songs themselves sound absolutely amazing!

I've never come across a kpop group that is as versatile as TXT, and they already showcased it in their first 5 track EP, The Dream Chapter: Star. They have been doing rock since their album The Chaos Chapter: Freeze, but not as hard as Growing Pain, so I'm really looking forward to that one.

They have other rock songs. TXT albums are always like this and they are the KINGS of versatility.

TXT do many different genres, every time its something different 😂 and i love it

TXT releases their music in chapters and interludes called minisodes. The previous mini album was The Name Chapter: Temptation. I suggest you watch that album preview before listening to the album. There is also a performance concept trailer for this chapter you can view as well. Growing Pains is 100% going on my gym playlist. TXT usually does a variety of genres on albums and they do done rock and pop punk before.

TXT actually has multiple rock songs in their discography. And they are known for their versatility a lot. Many kpop groups tries different genres but TXT is probably the only kpop group who can actually pull all those genres up perfectly. Also they incorporated afro, Brazilian funk, heavy rock in their songs which was not done by any kpop group before I'll recommend you to react to 0×1=lovesong, loser=lover, dear sputnik if you guys want to see more rock sounds from them
