Man of God, how were non church ppl supposed to know what he meant? I grew up in church. I recognized what he meant as well. But I knew he'd blown an opportunity to repair or direct. My first thought was millions of ppl will see this clip. Just the clip, all interviews are chopped in to clips. This platform wont garner the same attention to explain. Most won't care to go look for it either. This interview came across my timeline, i didn't go looking for explanation. He makes black church dollars, has a black congregation, and was supported by black ppl completely. A former church goer was talking to me about it and said everything I did. They're genuine ppl and churches out there still. Its a matter of God not being invited in, feeling welcome, or allowing him to lead as the church is supposed to do. Because of personalities, egos, nonbelief, and all other hindrances of deliverance. If you must, do church online. It's plenty of sermons, teachings/lessons, and gospel music on KZfaq. He also said the platform he spoke on was fine. Because he believes we are all children of God saved or unsaved. That is the more offensive take. This cat is super talented but rightly dividing the Word of truth is not for him. What's whack in the church is super talented people getting churches and it coming off as a career move and not a true call.

@davehall9666 I don't have to agree with everything someone says to agree with the main message. Yes he didn't explain it right. In context of what he was saying is children by creation. But he said that those who are not in CHRIST will be lost. So even then I know what he meant and I know what the Bible teaches about that topic. There are many systems that are man made within the church that are not good. One slang word for not good is wack. So again I knew what he meant. We preach against this all the time. Yes he needs to grow more in understanding and biblical understanding. But his statement is not wrong. I can name some wack systems if need be.

So I do understand where you are coming and agree. However the word is very specific about who are Children of God. Satan was a creation of God but would never be considered a child. So children by creation doesn't really fly. I do believe systems are broken within the church. But to state the obvious as a means to fit in seems cringe. Especially without a true solution or a true understanding of the word of God. You end up just co-sign the "that's why the God thing doesn't work for me" train of thought. Without presenting a true picture of who Christ is and what does it mean to be apart of the body of Christ. I typically don't comment on things like this. This truly hurts my heart because he before an audience of people who are hurting and this wasnt used to present an answer. I am truly praying God wills be done in and thought his life.

@davehall9666 Again I said I know what the word teaches when it comes to who the children are. The bible also says all souls belong to HIM. So I understood what he was saying when he said it. He made sure to say that those who are not in CHRIST are lost. I'm with you. I can quote the scriptures to you of the sons of disobedience and of the devil. Where through CHRIST, HE gave us the right to become sons of GOD. I understand you totally. His main point was genuinely believing in GOD through faith in JESUS and not through systems. He didn't say us as the true church. It's the systems that are turning some people away. A lot people at least went to church and have seen everything under the sun. We can't hide it anymore. So the answer is genuine faith in JESUS. Many people go to church. But are not the church.
