How does a 19 year old kid write a song like this? Unbelievable!!
@KillerWhale806

This video is an absolute treasure. Hes no older than 19 here, just a kid, and has already written one of his best songs. It also just feels so relatable. I think many of us had similar experiences, being 19, drinking beers and smoking in a trailer somewhere while that one buddy played guitar. Really incredible stuff.

Tyler Childers has changed the way I listen to music the past 4-5 years. Shake the Frost, to me, is one of the greatest songs ever written. We went and saw Tyler last year at Railbird in Lexington. The show was unbelievable, but he didn't play this song. We saw him again in Tulsa in April. I just kept telling my wife, "He's got to play Shake the Frost". And, he did. And it was so incredible. God Bless Tyler Childers. I have never come across another artist that hits my soul like he does.

I’m from the Midwest but when I was younger I would spend the summers at a family members in North East Tennessee. I learned so many things down there I could write a book about it but for the sake of the comment I’ll be brief. Those who call Appalachia home are some of the most honest and true people I’ve met. I don’t know if it’s the mountains that teach you to be honest with yourself or what. But what I do know is those months waking up to a fog laid over the fields and a breeze from the river is my second home. It taught me things about myself that I keep to this day.

Oh man how I wish I could if we discover my favorite artist all over again. I started listening to Tyler up a year ago I would say. I had heard of his name before but never really looked into her. There's literally a warm holes so prepare yourself. If you don't know of this other artist named Billy Strings & Whiskey Myers I would also check them out as well especially 'ol Billy Strannggs 🔥🎸🔥

Who were the 33 people who disliked this??? Tyler and Cody Jinks are bringing country music back one song at a time. If you don’t like this you must be a Florida-Georgia fan.
