I said this from experience I was 50 pounds overweight as a pre-teen and teenager I suffered low esteem and depression one day at the age of 24 I decided to go on a transformation journey in one year I went from 258 pounds to 188 in one year and I gained the weight back because somebody discouraged me said don't lose too much weight you won't look good. Now I am on a body fat losing journey to shred and get back to 188 but more better than my latter journey and stick with it the moral of the story when it comes to YOUR HAPPINESS AND HEALTH NIGGAS OPINIONS OF IT DON'T REALLY MATTER. do what makes you happy and stop seeking folks who still stuck, still ain't doing nothing for themselves, still broke, and still criticizing opinions who ain't NO change for the better in THEIR pathetic little live. Misery loves company. That's why I stand out I ain't meant to have a whole lot of friends. I can do bad by myself.

He lost a lot a a drastic weight loss he started drinking juices from for lunch and dinner mainly because diabetes runs in his family and he was tryna avoid that and weight diseases. As a result of the weight loss he has a lot of loose skin from being chubby for so long

People should never make fun of anyone. I feel so bad for his family praying for Gods strength for them. I am a survivor of Cancer and I praise God everyday for his Love Mercy and Grace and heeling Amen.

Our community is so small minded! Good for him I’m losing that weight!! Diabetes, high blood pressure etc. is eridicating our communities man, I wish i took my weight more seriously in my 20’s and not in my 40’s after having the living hell scared outta me from both parents having amputations!!! Smh I’m making a change and so should everyone!!! We need too show our kids so they can live happier healthy & longer lives and let me be clear it ain’t all SALADS man but it’s definitely about making bettwr choices & quantity!! Congratulations to him!!

He did my youngest brother was chubby until he was 12 or 13 then he got taller and lost all that baby fat and now he is over 6 feet and so skinny

Love the show period , first of all he's a very talented human being that has feelings i to struggle with a weight problem and I'm 54 years old and it's not easy but I'm trying , Malik i praise you for the courage and the strength to not give up you are a beautiful and handsome young man and i love you for just being you may God bless you and your family , everyone on the are very talented actress and actors , Tyler Perry So very Proud of you and you are a very talented Black Human Being and keep on keeping on love your shows , God bless stay safe 💜🎥💛👍👍

He just needs to keep himself hydrated. Usually when you lose that much weight, you must keep your skin moist because of the water loss. Good Job Doc.

Just pray he is in good health and continues that way. Nothing wrong with being concerned but when you dont know what one is going through just pray and send love and positivity. Hes getting older getting healthy so there will be changes. Definitely no reason to make fun or pick at him.

Yes I notice he looks different and I chalked it up to weight loss that did not deter me from that fact that he is still the same Malik who have me crying with laughter. 😆 All I have to say is thank you all for the joy that you bring to me when I'm feeling down.
