When I was younger and my mental health was much worse than it is now, I used to imagine Tyler singing me to sleep and that was how I slept on bad nights. Telling most people that now, they would laugh about how angsty I was then but it is what got me through some terrible nights. i didn't fall asleep ... i died :')

I love these videos so much. I struggle with insomnia and anxiety. I try to tire myself out, but then I start overthinking and boom! I'm awake again. I tried everything I could (meditation, reading, drinking tea, sleep aids, etc.) but nothing worked. I first found one of these videos and I realized I just needed another voice/presence in the room. Yeah, nobody's physically there, but the soft voice is enough for me to drift to sleep and not start overthinking. It's a kinda weird thing to explain, but it's comforting in a way. I play these videos at a low volume and it's enough to let me sleep without my anxiety getting all weird in the silence.

Ive had trouble sleeping for awhile cause life (yay), but have been listening once in awhile and I haven't experienced anything as peaceful like falling asleep to his voice. I just cant explain it. 7 years and the music still helps. Anyway, I hope everyone is taking care of themselves.
