Respectfully ain't no one gonna give you the motivation you need but you. Look around you. Anything you want to change you have the power to change any way you believe simply because you belive it and your gonna work hard until you get it. That simply put is the recipe to winning at anything. And any time you think of giving up or second guessing your ambitions and dreams, remind yourself of how much harder it would be to live with giving up than carrying on with the hard grind. God's aren't born they're made. It starts with you now and ends with you looking at a world entirely of your own design with everything you've ever wanted or Dreamed of. Tommorow when you wake up you have begun the process of becoming your best you and your motivation is that you that you are destined to be. Good luck prayers be with you.

That mindset only applies here. Most victims will be traumatized and require therapy. Most people will live in fear of the society they grew up comfortably in. People like you and me understand the motives, but what about the victims who already took their lives? The ones who are scared of walking outside ever again? The spokespeople who try their best to spread awareness for the safety of other’s and their sanity because they couldn’t get that same response? There’s a difference and a fine line between the two.

This is honestly how I accomplish my goals. I give myself sufficient time depending on the task or goal. Whether it’s a couple months or years. Then I say I will die by this time if I don’t complete it. I changed my life so many times. 19 years old I moved from California to Oregon. I became a material handler then a appliance technician. I wanted more than a minimum wage job and I wanted a different geological view. I went from concrete and sun to rain and trees. From 22 I moved from Oregon to Arizona. I wanted something that paid more and a state with a thriving economy. I moved to Arizona and became a non union electrician. I had cheap rent and the cost of living at the time was very beneficial. At 24 I wanted a white collar job. In 3 months I switched to a night shift, applied to 100 applications a week, and joined a college to study accounting. Today I got a job in finance and I’m doing full time school in accounting. I work a lot. When I’m 27 I will be in a prosperous job, have a bachelors, and secured myself a middle class way of life doing no manual labor.

The more likely outcome that he becomes paranoid, moves away from probably a perfectly decent home, and gets PTSD everytime he fails at doing something. It's perfectly okay to realize your dream job may be too hard for you, and go chase another dream now with more perspective. Raymond worked at convenience store and that’s all he did. He stopped going to school. Essentially he had no motivation. The confrontation, while terrifying and obviously a wild way to do it, did however did show Raymond the fragility of life, and how it can all just stop. Did he want to die, behind a store? Is that the way his story ends? He was scared into motivation, where he accomplishes something in his short life.
