The cupping and acupuncture is probably the best two treatments and have actual results. Some places in the world also do cupping with blood letting.

I go to acupuncture around every week/every other week for chronic illness related stuff and you don't really feel them after they go in (which ranges from hurting a fair amount to hurting a little bit to barely feeling it at all), like you feel the pressure and sleight weight of them being there but it's really not much of anything... that being said I get like a shallow/surface acupuncture, not the deep kind like in the video
