4:30am-4:45am -- Wake up
5:00am-6:00am -- Lift
6:30am-7:30am -- Court work
8:00am-10:00am -- Breakfast / Family time
10:30am/10:45am-11:45am -- Court work
12:30-1:00pm -- Lunch
1:30pm-2:30pm -- Treatment/Mobility

Full ROM for barbell squat, deadlift, powerclean, bench, overhead press, barbell row. Linear progression program. This would reduce his injuries and build strength. Both of which he needs. He's leaving so much on the table not doing intense sets at higher %1RM.

The underrated part about Miami and LA is that them boys gon work to stay there lol That's the infrastructural advantage those cities have. Houston and Atlanta are right there if they can be run competently and Orlando is the underrated wildcard that people will start discussing in the next 5 years

Tyler is a phenomenal player. I hope he'll invest in his body....proper eating, weight training and flexibility hopefully focusing on those aspects will give him more muscle and make him less injury-prone and extend his career for many years to come.
