You're a brave man for wearing those sh*tty wooden shoes and taking an injury for the test. Also, I was a Cross Country runner in school and it reminded me of how much I hate running.

Watching you run with those plank shoes I was as terrified of you getting injured as you were. The kangaroo shoes however look like a fun alternative shoe to build some muscles that usually don't get much work.

5'5" and you didn't get into bodybuilding or calisthenics? Is being short an advantage in running? I guess you would weigh less and have a lower center of gravity but... smaller legs
