Take a few moments to reflect on the ultimate sacrifice made by the tens of thousands of young soldiers who died during the First World War and are laid to rest here at Tyne Cot Cemetery.

Guys, Thanks for your comments. We think it is very important that the younger generation know about these events and the sacrifice made by so many. They can then pass it on to their children etc. Every year we take a group of Army Cadets from the Rossett / Wrexham area over to France to take part in the Battle of the Somme Commemorations on 1st July. For many it is their first taste of the First World War and many a tear is wept at Tyne Cot from these youngsters. But we think it's worth it.
