I bought my Vivid Audio K1 really fabulous 28K$ speakers 'new' from a storage (demo) for 5K$, well these can be compared not with 4K$- speakers, but with some 80K$ MSRP ones, even in sound and design!

You seem to miss my point and then I'll address sound. the BUILD. it's CHEAP. Its an $800 pair of speakers sold for $4,000. This is only because "top banana" has monkeys from his tree in the media. It's fake high end. Now as far as sound. You WERENT there. We were. All 4 of us agreed it sounded dark and washed out. You even heard the owner say a new USB cable would bring more detail. The F&F are far better speakers with a far better build, better sound, and far more capable. I get that you are in top bananas pants as well. Great. Go love your speakers. Eventually I'll pull open a big model and show you guys how cheap it is. I'll interview owners that found better speakers at the same price point and feature them on my channel. Do you want to argue that these little mdf boxes are worth $4K ? Tell us how ...😂 let's assume for the argument that the pressed sawdust boxes sound as good as the Fischer&Fischer. (Final point is if you want to waste your money, there's nothing wrong with that, just make a knowledgeable decision to do so)

I agree that the Fisher are built much better and their price is justified. At the same time, I don't think that the use of mdf is problematic. Lots of serious manufacturers use mdf and their speakers sound amazing. The question is how much the speaker is reinforced inside, How thick are the pannels so there will be no vibration, How is the speaker box is divided inside into chambers. What are the quality of the drivers used. how is the crossover built. You should not conclude that just because they are using mdf it is a bad speapker.

In this same video, we've got $40K Rockports made of mdf. Of course it's not a problem. Rockport has a double wall with viscoelastic damping in-between, and it's contoured and shaped...

I have the same situation and my tower speakers are 4 feet from the wall I've always wondered if my 65 inch TV causes unwanted reflections being that far away What say you?

@@Jack96993 Yes. I have heard and seen multiple people having good results with putting diffusers on their Tvs, havent heard an A-B test though. But as I said it results in better imaging, depth and whatnot. Theres a guy here that makes diffusers out of XPS and covers the angles with thin wood/veneer, which is better at reflecting than the XPS. Try to find something similar. I dont have a link for an international alternative.

When I had my tv on my front wall I built a diffuser to go over it, I used an insulation in wall panel (very light) cut it to the size I needed then stuck foam and poly diffuser squares I got from amazon on the panel. To hang it on the tv I used those plastic 3M hooks and I lined the inside with 3M so as to not damage the tv. It worked really well and all of it for under $100. Btw my tv was an 80in so was causing allot of beaming.

Magically his pal in the media used the platform of his employer...a big audio media company, to exact Devores revenge by publishing an online article to slam me because I sold Devores speakers instead of using them for myself. (lol, waaaaambulance anyone ?) Then somehow 2 weeks later, his media pal got FIRED after someone wrote a letter to that big media company letting them know.. Coincidence ? Maybe.. Did Devore and I have an agreement for me not to sell ?? LOL NO, there was NO AGREEMENT whatsoever.. Ask the pal you are shilling for if there was any agreement . Fast forward 7 YEARS LATER, your Big Banana NY Hipster decides to resurrect old news (because he's STILL butt hurt after he realizes the strength I've gained in the industry) So PLEASE , I IMPLORE YOU to talk shit on any forum you like, you and your haters have GIFTED me an opportunity to accept the Black Sheep Image which I gladly accepted..LOL. Nobody better for the job. I stand against the part of the industry that conspires to overcharge and control. Meanwhile the once great NYC fades into squalor. @charleslawson1671, It was against the lame ass manufacturer not against my client. I'm here to show the difference between fake hifi and real hifi. Otherwise, I'd be a useless paid reviewer who says everything is great. My clients ask me in no uncertain terms to give them my honest feelings and opinion. I have built a strong following on my willingness to give honesty and upset people like yourself who want sugar-coated wordspeak. My clients can handle honesty and demand it.

@davidcross890 I get that you believe it, David, and I don't doubt you. However, it seems you are doing absolutely nothing with your gift that im aware of in the market. Unfortunately, that does not give you a high horse to shoot from. As you know, the talk is cheap and easy and many people even fake this part. Walking the walk, however, is far more tangible and respectable. The "easy" part for inventors is the idea and the prototype. So many never make it past this stage. The real McCoy is either producing it or selling it to someone that does. So it's frustrating to have a high speaking, non producer (from what I can see) give crap to something I experienced first hand as top level sonics. The last thing this room ne3ded was more resolution. It would have ruined the balance and made it screechy.
