Hi sir...if I use Van houten brand Chocolate what is the percentage perfect for a chocolate ganache cake or to make chocolate truffle cakes? And if I am using Callebaut brand what is the percentage I should use for the same .. Please reply

As such no preservatives required in chocolate. It stays good for one to two years

Belgian chocolate is misnomer ...factories in Belgium ...that's why this name . However good Belgian chocolates are couverture

Hello Mr Rakesh, could you please suggest how to store pure chocolate. As I make chocolate with pure chocolate and donot like much compound to make . But making with pure chocolate difficult to store. Plz help

@@32degreestudioschool finished pieces as I live in Bangalore .once chocolates are readdy .after some time if you want to eat then i t starts mwlting in hand .so becomea difficult to gift also . Plzzzzzz help how to store for long duration . Thanks a lot fir your immediate reply. I realky appreciate it .
