But what if these women made a choice for themselves to not continue following islam? It's everybody's right to think for themselves and especially on the spiritual side, to decide for themselves. Some people don't like the group dynamic-mentality of organized religion, some don't agree with everything said, some change their mind along the way, some just happened to be born into X kind of religious family, so that's just how they were taught, etc... I prefer to be regarded first as a fellow human, then after that as a woman. Not the other way around.

But even if one were to analyze actions that are against islam objectively such as fornication, alcohol, nudity, interest, pornography, greed, indulgence in pleasure, you will start to see society slowly decaying as whats happening in the West with high rates of depression, mass shootings, high inflation as a result of an interest laden economy, single mothers as a result of fornication, fatherless children, pornography addiction, low birth rates, selfishness, etc its in their best interest to follow islam. It will keep them safe, guide them, and bless them, even if harships befall them. Also Morocco is a Muslim society. Its taboo to go against your parents and society's teachings and flaunt that in the face of everyone in a society that doesnt respect godlessness. Also a woman might want to dress scantily clad but in an islamic society they should keep in mind that others may not want to see that or have their kids or daughters see it. Its the same as in the west, but in a different level. You wouldnt want your kids to see fully naked people in the west.

When in reality, maybe you don't really want to be traditional except for on your terms. That's fine if women want to do that. I just don't think they can say their femininity and co-operation is conditional but a man's masculinity should be static no matter what the woman does or how she acts.

The way you explained it in your video was like city girls acted masculine in order to come off as tough. This is something I'm seeing more of in recent generations of women.
