I shit you not, as soon as I left for college there was gang violence in my town. I didn't even know there were ever gangs but I was an expressedly Commandmental pacifist, meaning I couldn't kill anyone, but like only my close friends and the people who've seen me wasp-handle know this. Weird as all Hell but I shit you not there were like 3 shootings ever in my childhood and each time I (17 then) went to the spot where it happened during a 5-day carnival, nothing happened.
