0:54 in free vibration, the amplitude stays the same because it is free so there is NO energy loss. And also the frequency stays the same!

There are vibrations where the ampitude gets bigger over time beaucuse of resonance. What type of vibartion is this and why?

hi, it seems that natural vibration is the same as damped vibration; just the value of damping sounds different. Am I wrong, Please?

Yes, you are correct because in damped vibrations there is a damper that dampens the vibration but in natural vibration, there is no damper because of which it takes time...
