@@DrNiteshRajsir ek ladies hai 34 years ki Widal test positive hai thypoid hai usko blood bahut kam 8.5 hai treatment me (zifi200 dono time azithromycin 500mg dophar me ek time calpol 650 teen time pantop dsr morning me khali pet aur injection monocef 1gram +mikacin 500mg ek time 15 din tak chala lekin dava band krte he fever fir ho ja raha hai 2 month se fever hai aur bhi antibiotics chal chuki hai cefixime +ofloxocin bhi cha gya h 10 din per dava band krte he fever ho ja raha hai aur body me dard hone lgta hai blood ke liye dexorange syrup aur ready health table chal raha hai lekin fever ki dava band krte he phir problems hone lgti hai please help
