Every bad review has the same issues, and all those same issues are caused by the same thing. Before you ever fire this gun you need to: A. Complete strip it, clean it if it’s factory oils, and apply a high grade gun oil to all necessary areas. B. Use only HIGH BRASS HEAVY LOAD ammunition for the first 100 rounds (it took mine closer to 250) C. Completely clean the firearm again. From that point on, it is one of the most reliable shotguns you will ever own. I’ve got tens of thousands of rounds through mine, as it’s my primary comp shotgun, and no other magazine fed shotgun I’ve used has come even close.

Finally a damn down to earth dude giving us a good review on a bad ass gun, your so right I was in law enforcement and the gun is just another tool not to be put up on a shelf just to be pretty. The damn thing is meant to be used and shot not to say not to keep your weapons clean but not to be treated like a trophy!! Thank you for your review because I love the way the gun looks " bad as hell" but if it doesn't work good then it doesn't matter how bad the gun looks!!

Did you follow factory recommendations on breaking it in? Might be why the cycle issues occurred. It says to run heavy high brass rds for 50 rds after cleaning and applying oil, supposedly it helps it cycle lighter & heavier loads doing this. Sweet gun for sure!

I agree 100% with the 'tool in a tool box' attitude. I always look for folks at matches or a course who have beat up shit, they are in it to win. Folks that say 'man your gun is all beat up' with pristine kit make me think ... 'Ever cleared a house? Ever rode in a helicopter? Ever bailed out a patrol car or armored vehicle? Sucks to see that your charging handle broke, I'd imagine that being the worst thing to break on any gun, maybe. I recently acquired my Typhoon F12 but have yet to even shoot the thing. I appreciate your video, and really appreciate those commenting here about it, definitely will be taking all into consideration.

I have one and it shoots great, it hasn't jammed on me so far with heavy loads, but per the owners manual - if you are going to run lighter ammo you need to flip the gas block to the light load setting. You reverse the gas block if you are going to shoot loads over 1200 fps.

Thank you for your review I have been leaning to this gun but I keep hearing mixed reviews. 500 rounds is not much to have the issues you are having. I mean the sight is no big deal shit happens most Ar style guns don't come with any way but the stock and charging handle is messed up. They should know that a 12 gauge is going to have some recoil and going to beat on there guns a bit. Not sure if they got any better yet I did see that the new ones come with a spare charge handle. Maybe its better than the one installed and they didn't want to pay to swap them out on their inventory so they just included them or maybe it the same quality. Its been a good 10 months now since this video what are your thoughts now?

Its a shot gun dude, no good comparing it to an AR rifle for sooting up and reliability im afraid, fact is that auto shotties like the F12 need love and attention, I love mine to bits, never had an issue with it although i did spend the xtra on all the goodies though. Interesting to see you got flip ups as standard in the USA, Here in the UK ya have to pay for any sight system.. :( So if i were to run flip ups, they would be Magpul's not the cheap Turkish copies that Typhoon sell (as extra in the UK) alright, they work out at only $40 but even so, they shouldnt fall apart like that. GOOD REVIEW MAN !!! i like ya style. Im about to put a Holosun 510C on mine, ill let ya know how it stands up to solid slug haha. Stick with it Zaraki, its the best value for money practical shotgun out there

Hi Ehrick First day, all good only one failure to feed. Then today day 2. EVERY round had a failure to feed/cycle into the chamber had to manual bolt the round in the gun. very disappointed. And I am not kidding, I've run at this point, total? 40 rounds total. Shooting Fiocchi 2 3/4 1395 FPS High brass. left it with the gun smith and will update you. Very discouraged man truly... Hopefully they find out the issue. Please note that all 3 mags had the same issue. On the first range day, I only used one mag, today I sued all three and they all had the same issue.

The PW Arms AR12, AR12 Pro, BP12, the RI VR60, VR80, and the AKDAL MKA1919 are all made in Turkey just like this gun. Not sure why these are so expensive, but I think feeding issues are always going to be a problem when you are loading a blunt shell with no feed ramp. I have the AR12, BP12, the AKDAL 1919 MATCH, of those the BP12 is the most reliable and will shoot anything you feed it, but none of these even come close to the reliability of my Saiga12. There fun guns to shoot and an occasional FTF doesn't deter me because I don't use these for home defense.

I just got mine 2 weeks ago in Canada, put 250 rounds thru it so far. federal 2 3/4 target load with no issues. it came shipped with the collapsible butt-stock(was included) it also came with an extra skelatonized charging handle and the soft one installed, odd yours didn't. i knew those plastic sites looked cheep, as well as the Amazon Bi-pod that came with it, removed them day 1.... so i put a quality set of Magpul fixed metal sites on and a cheep red dot. the only issue i have is it has external chokes and cannot be used with the fake suppressor, but now you can buy internal chokes that can....more $$

With ammo load you use have you tried experimenting changing that cylinder to heavy ? I’m curious if that will have a positive effect on the jamming with the 1300 ammo you said you use ? Asking because I’m getting mine and not much is talked about that cylinder and at what ammo are you suppose to move that cylinder to heavy to light ?

You need to use 30g + shot to give it the feed in. Also you can get a mag guide for the receiver

My F12 cycles 1250 target loads like a champ but the 1450 tactical buckshot shells hypercycle it. Talked to a gunsmith and he said he could change the spring to a higher strength but it might not cycle target loads.

On the website the barrel looks like it sticks out further what size did you get in this video?

I just bought this exact same shotgun and was told that I need to run ammo like Black Aces or Finocci for it to run flawlessly. I've always had issues with Federal ammo not firing when the primer is struck from 9mm to .40. I would check the round and the primer was struck, but didn't fire (many different guns)...

Use contact cleaner for your mag and compressed air to clean it then add a small amount grease on the fouler

They had the collapsible stocks in the back when I bought mine. Literally threw it in the box for me for free. Guy said that he gets a box of stocks with every shipment of F12s.

I've shot clays with a gun but never tried shooting a gun with clays.

Hey man I've been shooting for over 40 years now and have a ton of experience. You really need to find some non-steel shot ammo for you shotgun. It's hard on the barrel and I'm sure you can find a comparable lead shot shell and probably a good bit cheaper. To his is own but you might want to google the differences and I bet those shells ricochet like crazy! Nice shotgun, great video man!

What I dont like a bout box fed shotguns is that no two mags are the same .. The mags should be interchangeable like the ar15 mags

Ive owned one for about 3 years or so. Mine had problem after problem. Failure to cycle correctly. Eject issues mag feed issues one after the other. I sent it to a friend of mine who is a gunsmith and fixed it for me but man what a headache in the beginning

So I bought one of these. One of these days...I'm gonna learn to check the reviews before the purchase. Anyway, had it at the range yesterday and it was a total piece of shit as far as function! I have a question. Which way do the arrows need to point on the gas plug? Low power arrow toward receiver for low powered loads? Or arrow toward muzzel? Was shooting 1300 fps 2 3/4 in. loads.

I have that RIA RV 60 on layaway ( made in turkey) but could easily take my money and save up for something I can pass on to my Grandkids. Had the same thing happen with my collapsible stock, still waiting on parts. Even though, I placed an order for mags, bad lever, and magwell and its been here for over a week now and I still don't have that pin. Also, one of the "pins" that holds the recoil pad to the stock broke. You can see it at the back and top of the stock, there is a little rectangular slit, with a small piece of plastic in it. That's what broke so now I have a floppy and fixed butt stock. Otherwise, runs damn good. Took off the flip up sights too and went with a red dot.

So much derp in this video. Never run grease or oil mags. That just attracts dirt. Why do you think your having problems after 200 rounds. Run your mags dry. I have over 2,000 rounds through mine never cleaned the mags. No issues with feeding. Also why are you running high speed steel shells? No wonder you need such fast round to cycle the gun, it’s steel shot. Also no wonder shit is breaking on your gun your shooting shells that are beating your gun to death with the gas system on light loads. Your own fault.
