Fellow Patriots & Freedom lovers, On June 2nd 2022 I was peacefully exercising my 1st Amendment Rights at the Law Enforcement Center located in Rome, Georgia. While recording some tax payer funded Police Vehicles in the Public Parking Garage I was confronted by three Georgia Bureau Of Investigation Agents. All three of them refused to identify themselves when asked and not only did they escalate the situation & acted unprofessional they had a grave misunderstanding of the GA Stop & ID statute. The next day I went to the GBI headquarters to try and hold them accountable…Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more Patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

I have something to say about this department and I’m sure they’re reading my comment. Officer Ryan Hutchins of the Rome police department dealt with me and my friend on an occurrence when we found a grave marker in a river while scuba diving. We were trying to turn the item in to potentially get it back to its rightful owner. Officer Hutchins arrived on scene in a horrible fashion demanding ID, telling us to give him our social, and much more. There’s a video on my channel covering this. The department had to issue a public statement about the incident yet it still seems like they don’t understand our first amendment right! Good on you Long Island Audit for what you do and I must say I APPRECIATE YOU 🇺🇸

Ryan Utchins a country clown who should have never been a cop. I saw that video when you put it out the clown just did not want to do his job. He just wants the power to boss people around and that police car park in front of his house so his neighbors can see it . Policing in America is a failed endeavor. As it is in most country. The only thing that is left is a camera for accountability so the world can see their behavior.

It would be a great step forward if we stopped using the term 'uneducated' when referring to the actions of these cops. They are all very educated and know exactly what the law states, they just chose to ignore what is right and lie to Citizens in order to get their way. Even though we all know the six weeks training most cops get before being handed a gun and a badge is woefully inadequate, we can hopefully assume that the training they do receive is at least correct with a healthy dose of cynicism and numerous side comments telling Rookie cops how they can get around the law rather than abiding by it. Lies are learnt behind closed doors, they are not in the Training manuals.

@@LongIslandAudit Thank you man. I hate the auditors that immediately get hostile and/or start cussing and acting just like the people they claim they are "holding accountable". While it's not illegal to be a jerk, it doesn't do anything but escalate the situation, and comes across as instigating. I truly believe many of them are frauds just looking for clicks, views, profit, and lawsuits, because we all know that drama gets the views. They literally punish the taxpayers, and aren't affecting real change, real accountability, and true transparency, and they make your job more difficult.

it's called a 'drivers license' for a reason - you have to surrender it during a TRAFFIC STOP while operating a motor vehicle - and your signature means you agree to all the laws pertaining to 'operating a vehicle' - not any and all laws in general - I can't believe this guy thinks you need to surrender it under any request at all by a LEO - WOW!

How were they trying to hide things? Especially if you could answer without using delusions and things only people like you see. Also, yes filming in restricted areas and into vehicles (be them police vehicles or not) is suspicious, and the one thing you all seem to not grasp is that acting suspicious is literally the reasonable suspicion the Supreme Court requires, suspicion doesn’t mean you are acting like you committed a specific crime, or even that they can identify a criminal act they think you are guilty of, all they have to do is reasonably articulate the suspicious activity which caused them suspicion. Which means, acting suspicious in itself is reason enough for them to detain you and even ask for your ID according to the Supreme Court.

I don't think he actually believes it. The fact that the SCOTUS has ruled that cops can lie to US, but, if we "return" the favor, oh, we can't HAVE that. Sean is an exception since he knows his rights and is filming, but, in view of previous sentence, there is NO "upside" to answering questions from cop, IMO. Not long ago i got stopped and said, "I don't wish to answer any questions" and gave him my paperwork, which did NOT include a driver's license. After several minutes of checking what I did give him, he comes back and asks for my date of birth. I said, "I told you that I don't wish to answer any questions, and you come back 20 minutes later and ask me a question???? Did you think I forgot that statement already?" He gave me a pained look and went back to write his ticket. I've actually seen some cops reply "You don't answer questions? Why is that?" The auditor said, "Sounds like a question, and, since you're being disrespectful by insulting my intelligence, Officer Jones, badge # 1234, I repeat, I don't answer questions."

Well if you listen to some of the videos from avaya Israel of we the people universities channel he delineated that part of how he became a rights activist is because he was never trained on it and learned about it from outside sources and then once he became respectful of their rights he was ostracized from his own departments. There is true ignorance and believing that what they quoted the law, there is malice by many of those who do know, and then a part of it is apathy and laziness to just get things done the easiest and simple way

@@wbtravis5152 RAS has to have a crime associated with it. Police cannot detain you just because they want to. But of course they are often times very ignorant of the laws they are supposed to be enforcing. These videos prove it. That's why they are getting sued successfully more often. And according to poster 7, the federal guidelines for postal property, the only limits on photography are that it can be done in lobbies, hallways, and other PUBLICLY accessible areas. Furthermore, you can't be trespassed from a public space without a crime being committed. Private property is totally different from public property when it comes to trespass.

Tired of officers saying there could be sensitive information in their vehicles. I worked mortgage for 10 years and at the end of your shift you’re supposed to lock up all NPPI information (non-public personal information). If the officers don’t want people looking in their vehicles because of NPPI, then they should take the action to make it private from public view.

@@c.j.giordano2129 most cops don't understand how to use a search engine. also, most cop departments have an upper cutoff for IQ that is around 100 to 110. Most people with an IQ this high DON'T usually want to become cops....the average IQ of cops is WAY lower.

This may sound strange but I looked at myself in the mirror and said NO, after doing this a few times a day for a few days, I had no problems at all saying no, and disagreeing whenever necessary. It was a great freedom from years of social fear. Everyone has the right to say no to you, or disagree with you, just give yourself those same rights. I hope this makes some kind of sense to you.

That's because many auditors aren't about accountability, they're about getting views and getting paid. Others are well-intentioned but just don't have the ability or fortitude to follow up. It's not easy to have several lawsuits going on at the same time, but that is a big reason why the police have gotten so out of control, because it is so hard to hold them accountable in any meaningful way. The only real option we have are lawsuits and if enough people sue the police/government for rights violations maybe one day it will stop. Unfortunately there is a large segment of the population that are completely OK with the police violating the law and people's rights as long as the "right people" are being hurt by it, hopefully it will be people like LIA, who are polite and courteous, just exercising their rights, that will open these people's eyes to what is happening. Yes, today it might just be the people you don't like that are being hurt by this, but someday it may be you too!

When officers refuse to identify themselves it not only violates their own policy which can lead to disciplinary actions it also undermines their accountability. Refusing to contact a supervisor as requested is also grounds for reprimand. LEOs need to STOP trying to take lawful activity and using it as grounds for suspicious activity

Imagine the malifieince of a GBI agent to ignore fundamental and well-established rule of law. Its common 4th Amendment knowledge taught to every law enforcement recruit that “the United States Supreme Court ruled that a police officer could not arrest a citizen merely for refusing to present identification.” - Kolender v. Lawson, 461 U.S. 352, 1983. But a crime was committed no less -- becouse "Whoever, under color of any law, …willfully subjects any person…to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States [shall be guilty of a crime]." The federal criminal statute that enforces Constitutional limits on conduct by law enforcement officers is 18 U.S.C. § 242. Section 242 provides in relevant part: is intended to "protect all persons in the United States in their civil rights, and furnish the means of their vindication." - Screws v. United States, 325 U.S. 91, 98, 1945. "Officers of the court have no immunity, when violating a Constitutional right, from liability. For they are deemed to know the law!” - Owen v. Independence, 100 S.C.T. 1398, 445 US 622, U.S. Supreme Court. "The knowledge that a municipality will be liable for all of its injurious conduct…should create an incentive for officials who may harbor doubts about the lawfulness of their intended actions to err on the side of protecting citizens." .. as is their 'Constitutionally' sworn duty!

The Battousai I don't agree at all, he didn't set the officers straight at all, he let them off, claiming they didn't know the law, how can you win a litigation process against them when alleviating them of all responsibility of understanding the laws they are sworn to uphold on camera, that's a first class ticket to QI, you of all people should recognize the flaws in this interaction, call these cops out for who and what they are, blatant and manipulative liars. Auditors are cornering them only to then allow them a free pass with declaring they misunderstood the laws, any wonder QI reigns supreme, smh.
