9 years ago i was on a hospital. Told i was wheelchair bound. My life essentially in shambles. I listened to this fucking channel ever day, several times a day. As i gymed. I rode a bike again 18 months later. Its the small shit that saves people.

Dude, i remember listening to your videos before going to sleep. Haven't listened to them in a long time and just recently they popped up again in th recommended. What a Bliss! Truly some of the best motivation out there. Somehow it just hits different, it's not forced or repetitive, it leaves you amazed and pumped. Can't believe you are back

One of the greatest fighters of this generation. Heart, soul, charisma with the will to back it up. The way he has been able to overcome adversity transcends sports and is what is most impressive and what has endeared him to me as a fan of his. Great job M. I found this channel when I couldn't even pronounce the name of the channel. I downloaded the first few videos to see it because back then there was no KZfaq premium or fast internet to just stream all the time like today. Just wanted to say, a sad person can be the happiest stand up comedian and the person who motivated so many people in his life can be a sad person too. IMHO the biggest mistake nowadays is that people so often confuse bad mood with depression that the real depressed state of mind is not being taken seriously enough... instead of bringing real help we just walk pass trough thinking "yeah tomorrow he/she ll be alright"

Your videos have gotten me through much over the last 10 years, thank you. They gave me to strength to keep going when I didn't think I could anymore. They gave me the strength to handle the pain of loss. When I developed bad health problems with no answers, they helped me remind me that it's not over until it's over. They reminded me of what I must do for myself. They kept me alive sometimes even, when I had felt I had lost everything. I hope as time goes on, you continue to find others to make videos on that inspire passion for something greater and that more people find these videos.

Everyday, I open the cupboard and those damn SSRI's are there, tempting me to take them, to make me feel numb again; dangling their 'promise' to make the pain of life go away. Everyday, I say no, I have to feel this pain, fight this loneliness, stare down the fear that would consume me if I give it just an inch. Will I fail? My friend jumped from the 5th floor. Miraculously, he survived, although he had broken legs and complicated surgeries. In all this tragedy, this experience was his wake-up call. He could finally start his life over again. Away from toxic people and girls who destroyed him as a person. Don't wait to jump and fight for yourself and your life. We all fall sometimes. However, the diamond is shaped under pressure. Difficult experiences can make us the best version of ourselves.

People have had enough of motivational videos. I say this with the best intention, no one wants to be the hero of anything anymore. We already know that we are fragile, we have weaknesses and we should not be ashamed of them or hide them, just detect them, accept them and work to improve more and more. Motivational videos at this point do not motivate.
