Even Tyson Fury admitted that usyk was much stronger than he though. And I seen this during the fight. In the 12th round, Fury tried tying Usyk up and Usyk just threw Fury off and into the corner. That took some doing when Fury is over 40lbs heavier. I predicted Usyk would win the first fight, and he will beat Fury again, only worse.

To me, it will ALWAYS be a 9th round KO in which the biased referee deliberately let the ko’d fighter recover and carry on taking shots. Disgraceful and dangerous refereeing.

That doesn’t make sense. The referee should’ve called a knockdown the first time fury was kept up by the ropes - instead he let usyk pummel fury. So what you’ve described is actually antithetical 😂

@@OrsJohn the fact is, during the other times the ropes were keeping Fury up, he hadn’t actually went down, but he was taking such a severe and sustained beating that when he eventually did go down, it was obvious that the fight should have been over at that point. This was no ‘flash’ knockdown where the fighter is perfectly okay. Fury was out. Stop the fight. But he didn’t. Now- you take any downed fighter in that state, and don’t stop the fight, and give that fighter time to recover (I think the ‘eight count’ turned into 16 seconds or more before the ref waved it back on and the bell went) then that boxer WILL carry on fighting. He shouldn’t. But he will. That’s the way fighters are. And THAT is why we have rules that state the fight should be stopped by the referee if a guy is taking a sustained beating. What the ref did, with his obvious bias, was let a KO’d fighter have enough time to recover so that he could continue fighting. Any fighter given enough time, will carry on, even if they’ve just been knocked unconscious. We have rules to protect boxers health. That ref put Fury’s health in danger by allowing him to recover and then taking his sweet time to wave the fight back on. Totally biased.

I don’t see what Fury can do to win the rematch. None of the things that were supposed to win him the first fight (the body shots, the grab-and-lean, even using his reach behind the jab) worked. The most success he had was from that massive uppercut in the middle rounds but even that didn’t stop Usyk coming forward and the overall direction of the fight was that Fury struggled to sustain the constant pace set by Usyk. It drains his opponents both physically and mentally, affecting their reactions and causing them to make mistakes. Also Usyk will be super focused on not getting caught with that uppercut in the rematch. But going back down to cruiserweight is an unnecessary risk; after the rematch he will be going on 37 which matters more at a lighter weight, and he will have to fight his way up again through the rankings against some decent current cruiserweights to become undisputed again, he might even be 38 or 39 by the time he gets to fight for that title. After the Fury rematch he will have done it all and can retire with satisfaction.

All he has to do is not mess around leading up to the fight and train not get out of shape then wait 6 to 8 weeks to get in shape and not mess around in the fight and he can win. Heck it was close and fury got caught and took 3 rounds to get his head back.

@@klitschkobrosfan It was NOT close at all. It may have looked competitive but it was not close. Enough excuses of Fury so-called not taking it serious. That was his best version and best shape. lol The showboating was to elude and con fans, because deep down he knew he was fooked the moment the bell rang as Usyk instantly closed the gap and hit him at will. Usyk by far outpointed Fury. Control the fight and pace. Fury was NEVER once in control. He landed 3 uppercuts, some body shots and jabs all in survival mode whilst Usyk bullied him the entire fight and forced him onto the back foot. You are talking about a man 40 lbs lighter. lol And he never got his head back. Happy new year was said because he was still concussed. He don't remember anything after round 9. Fury got painfully schooled!

@@Marco-bh9im Agreed. It was a tough fight but not a close one. It was a convincing and comprehensive win for Usyk. Certain pro-Fury pundits and members of his team who have suggested it could have gone either way are either deluding themselves or being dishonest; even his own brother, having watched the fight back, now admits it was a clear win for Usyk.

So what about the fact that Tyson’s conditioning was limited due to the cut in sparring and then he wasn’t sparring like he would have if he hadn’t sustained the cut, meaning his stamina wasn’t there. Would have made a difference in my mind anyway

I dont see much chages in second. Fury will be boxing same on the back foot and Usyk chasing. If Fury decides beign agressive or stick to ring center then he will exhaust himself and put himself under bigger risk. After this fight I think AJ beats Fury convincingly

Any man that is 14 stone can hurt you. Even a middle weight can knock out a heavyweight with a clean shot. Fury paid the price on never been in a competitive fight for 2yrs. He took Usyk too lightly. Take nothing away from Usyk, Fury is amazing. Recovered and won the last round. Best Fury beats Best Usyk. We saw the best Usyk and not so good Fury. The rematch will tell. If Fury wins , then we must have trilogy. If Usyk wins , then he is the best of this era. He is not the best yet because the fight was very close.

Usyk was robbed of a TKO decision. If that was Usyk being held up by the ropes and essentially defenceless then the ref would have waved it off. Glad he got the decision in the end, Fury fought very well in the middle rounds and showed his class but Usyk is just better.

He's doesn't really. He was winning the fight - reasonably straightforwardly - for 7 rounds. Usyk stepped it up and Fury didn't respond well to that. But it's wrong to say the whole game plan was flawed.

Fury was beaten 9 to 3. I predicted weeks before he would be stopped anytime after round 9, almost right, corrupt ref should have stopped it ( Fury could not protect himeself ). He wont be facing the same Fury, becouse he took brain damage. Usyk will always know what to do. Prediction Fury's family and yes men will tell him, you hurt Usyk, come in heavy and take him early, Usyk will react by, fighting on the backfoot and wear a fat Fury down, anytime after round 6 Usyk will stop Fury!

Put it this way, Fury messing around didn’t help him any in the fight did it? Yes it did. It gave him thinking time because Usyk never stops he’s always doing something and it saps opponents mentally. He only won 4 rounds of that fight and the punch stats prove that.

Wilder never hurt Fury the way Usyk did, noone has ever hurt Fury and humiliated him as such. Usyk had Fury out on his feet unresponsive stumbling round the ring for more than 30 sec's. Usyk did show mercy because he could have got the last shot in especially. If you watch it properly he did hold back in certain moments and seemed as though he was waiting for the ref to step in to wave it off. Fury never threw a punch during his dreamland trip + 30sec's Tko's have been given for much less.

@Marco-bh9im and the reason the ref let the fight between usyk and fury keep going is because the ropes kept him up the last time so its classed a knockdown so he had every right for the standing count and he never sped the bell up did he its how rounds work fury was lucky the bell went and also the ref knows this is the undisputed heavyweight fight with 2 great fighters that have shown there heart b4 do this ain't treated like the fights we watch! If it was a mismatch the ref would have deffo stopped it but FURY was up on all 3 cards by that 9th round so you have too let it go!

Fury needs to be much more business like in the rematch, and he needs to really go after that body and catch him with uppercuts and really lay it on Usyk whilst keeping his discipline 100%
