The Gypsy King takes aim at Anthony Joshua and The Bronze Bomber, saying until they beat him they can't call themselves the greatest of this current era of heavyweights.

It doesn't though. Plenty of people could dispute an 'undisputed champion'. But as Fury said, no one could dispute that Klitschko was the main man. He wasn't technically the undisputed champion, but no one disputed that he was the best.

Fun Time Fury has fought Wilder and nobody else in the four years living off the Klitchko win, AJ has fought 6 world /ex world champs. Fury has to stop talking about AJ and get the fight signed. He totally bottled any rematch with Vlad and could not handle the pressure of being undisputed. His best achievement is the win against weight /drugs and depression and having a great family.

He’s a good heavyweight, and at a time was the undisputed champion of the world. I do think the Klitschko that fought AJ was far superior to the Klitschko that fought Fury, but Fury beat everyone in the way up to him.

Peter klitschko in a snooze fest 5 years ago, wilder was indeed an impressive victory and I hope he can repeat it. I’m only aggitated by his view of himself, he is not strong nor athletic, nor does he have power comparable to wilder or joshua. Yes he is slick, but this has more to do with what I respect the most about him, he is fearless. He dares to makes those moves even if it compromises his defence for a moment.

@DW International Did Joshua beat a lineal champ undefeated in 11 years? No he didn't. And Fury was stripped of one of his belts literally days after wining it. I'm sorry but Fury having mental illnesses that took him out of the ring for 3 years doesn't detract from his complete dismantling of one of the greatest heavyweight champions in boxing history. The only champion with a longer streak and more defenses than Klistchko is Joe Louis.

I'm glad he changed trainer he got hit a bit more than usual in his last fight with wallin. Tyson is the man to beat ,that's for sure. I think he should win the rematch . I'm a tyson fan but can any boxer go 12 rounds without wilder landing that right hand . Wilder looking very confident, I just hope tyson gets the win , he deserves that green an gold belt .

Dam. He has a major point. I rooted for fury in the first fight and was majorly shocked wilder got the knockdowns. Until Tyson is beaten, he is the number 1 heavyweight regardless of belts. I love the sport of boxing and I hope it’s a great fight come February.

I will admit, he won the fight against Wilder, but Wilder and Klitschko are his best wins and that's in. He doesn't have a belt, and yet he keeps rambling on and on about being the best. He should drop his delusion and imaginary self confidence and win a belt before opening his mouth.

Watch that farce of a heavyweight fight between Fury and Klitschko in 2015. Two clumsy and slow giants, oafishly pawing at each other. Contrast that to Ali/Frazier or Bowe/Holyfield or Holmes/Norton. Fury is the best of the era? Maybe...and sadly.
