Tzumi Ionvac vacuum not working.

8 ай бұрынThis vacuum was purchased less than a year ago. It already stopped working. I contacted customer support, and all they did was send me a new dock. It still does not work. Customer support has stopped responding. Now I have a large circular paper weight.

Hi David. Same issue. HOWEVER! You might want to try what I just did!!!! Try a different socket. Flip the UV ionvac upside-down and press the charging doc against it to ensure it is actually touching the vac. Mine is charging right now! I can see the purple lights and the vac just said charging. Hopefully this helps...when it is working the vac is great.

Eureka...my vacuum has started charging again....I placed the vacuum right up against the hub and pulled it slowly away and lo and behold it started to charge

As with the above comment, I bought a new battery according to the code from Amazon. It cost about $30.

Mostly it is due to bad battery pack. Find any 14.4V 2800mAh battery pack
