Clearly, this was INSPIRED by Captain Marvel...but it was actually CREATED because the head of USAF Recruiting Service was our first-ever fighter pilot born a woman...first in her pilot training class in 1993 when the combat exclusion law was lifted and first to fly an F-15E. Look into in. :-)
