Falu My hostility is built around your stupidity, take a WWII vet for example yeah, let’s say he used the M1 Garand, go and give him an M1 now and he’ll probably tell you countless of stories when he used the weapon, there’s even a video on KZfaq showcasing a vet getting his original gun back and telling stories around it. So no your confusion isn’t justified at all, the only thing is that you’re not grasping the original commenters point. Getting flashbacks and memories from your own stuff is perfectly normal and you should now that. Imagine that I actually had to tell you this smh

I'll be honest I'm mildly concerned, due to the election results. The afd went way up in votes. Theyre quite the interesting party. The want to deport basically everyone, build a physical wall around germany, say climate change isn't caused by humans/ isn't real and the want to make gay marriage illegal again, just to name a few. Also most of the Neonazis vote for them.

The guy who yelled, "It's a machinegun!" was letting the shooter know that his bursts were too short. The .50 caliber machinegun is typically fired using a 6-9 round burst. This could be because the german soldier is not used to the .50 cal's slow rate of fire, he may be used to the German machinegun which has a much, much higher rate of fire (Over twice the cyclic rate) I know when my unit did the schutzensnur training, we all had a tough time squeezing off a 3-5 round burst from those ridiculously fast firing German machineguns! What a blast, though!

Yeah lots of German prisoners during World War 2 stayed in the U.S and Canada after the war, much of them having met women. A lot of these womens were married to U.S soldiers fighting the Germans, ironically. History is quite... strange sometime haha ;)

Well, my grandpa was dropping bombs on them back in WW2. Over 6 decades later to have me work side by side with Germans shows how times, enemies and allies change. Germans are real kick ass soldiers. The American military is being pussified left and right with lowering standards so low so that they can say that a woman could "pass" at the male standard too (cough...Ranger School...cough), allowing people who shouldn't be in the military in the first place, and trying to say women add lethality to the infantry which is a joke. Nobody paid attention to the all male vs co-ed and all female units study where the all male units performed superior to the co-ed and all female units. The American military is more worried about sensitivity training, transgender rights, gay rights, and womens rights powerpoint training and other PC bullshit instead of focusing on winning wars. When Obamas pussy ass was the President, we went from war training to doing that PC sensitivity powerpoint bullshit every fucking month until I got out. Soon the French army is going to be bigger bad asses than the US military and that's fucking sad.

These exercises are so well tought. When you put soldiers of different countries in the same exercise, it's good they get to know each others weapons. How they work. The strong and weak points and how you should use it. In case of a war and if you're fighting with your allies by your side, you can reach a point that you need to use the german, italian, israelian, argentinian, australian, etc. soldier's weapon, because he's gone or wounded, or because your weapon's jammed. You just keep shooting. It can reach to a point of being a matter of life or death situation. Not mentioning you can save other soldiers lifes.

Not *necessarily* true. Sure we were enemies, but we didn't necessarily hate each other... At least, not as bad as the Soviets and Germans did. We were still willing to work together even during that brutal war. Ever heard of The Battle of Castle Itter?

It's a machine gun, it's not made specifically to kill but to suppress. Full auto tends to be a smarter choice with the M2 50s. If you want accuracy in a machine gun that's designed to kill a M249 SAW would be the most optimal choice.
