The process is essentially the same. There are a few additional security measures that would be kept confidential but UV printing and the bedding of contactless microcontrollers are changed around differently to ones that are harder to get without authorisation.

10 point veterans then 5 point veterans have preference. Applying with Previous experience then comes in next. I was a wounded 10 point veteran in the Vietnam war. I retired from GPO with 32 years in 2004.😊
