The reason HAMAS has a problem with the proposal is because after the mass murderers get their hostages, they are allowed to stop negotiating and resume their murders. The second phase allows the mass murderer to attempt to achieve their military objectives. Also there was not a gun fight with HAMAS as the state department reported. Miller laments that _"Hamas took so long to respond."_ Several notes about that: 1. Hamas claimed that it took _the White House_ a while to send the details of its plan in print. 2. I love how the State Department fails to equate the thousands of Palestinians being held in administrative detention by Israel with no charge or conviction, many from the West Bank and having nothing to do with Oct 7th, with the hostages being held by Hamas.
