The reason HAMAS has a problem with the proposal is because after the mass murderers get their hostages, they are allowed to stop negotiating and resume their murders. The second phase allows the mass murderer to attempt to achieve their military objectives. Also there was not a gun fight with HAMAS as the state department reported. People on the ground told the true story that we all know. They murdered the hungry babies in cold blood. We are sick of the lies.

Are the thousands held in Israeli jails illegally also considered leverage?
@user-pf7tf3rf1uАй бұрын
Not workable? Let us be the judge of that.

I've watched him answer one question, but am going to say now. Get ready for all the lies on Gaza.

Hamas accepted the proposal presented by Qatar and Egypt on May 6 as it is, and it was Israel that added amendments to it. Hamas’s response on Tuesday was counter-revisions to some of the Israeli changes. So the latest "israel" plan is the early may plan woth Israeli amendments

_"As you know, we’ve been trying to get a ceasefire for some time, and we don’t have one yet,"_ says Miller. You "don't have one yet" because the U.S. was the one that *vetoed* successive Security Council resolutions on a permanent ceasefire-that's what _we know._
@Lamin_GАй бұрын
It's inaccurate that *"we haven't heard from the Israelis"* about the three-stage plan. Netanyahu and other Israeli officials *publicly rejected* the plan concerning the permanent ceasefire portion and the insinuation that Hamas has been sufficiently degraded. They iterated their intention of _"completely defeating"_ Hamas.

_"We’re not _*_going to talk at all about the details_*_ of the response that Hamas got, at least in terms of what is contained in that - in those - in that response. I’ve seen a lot of reporting about it; _*_not all of it has been accurate._* - Miller. How about letters written and sent by Hamas itself, is that "accurate"? Hamas wasn't shy about the *details of its response.* See below: _The Hamas movement has demonstrated, in all stages of negotiations to stop the aggression, the required positivity to reach a comprehensive and satisfactory agreement, based on the fair demands of our people for a _*_definitive cessation of aggression, a complete withdrawal from Gaza,_*_ the _*_return of the displaced, reconstruction,_*_ and _*_a serious prisoner exchange deal._*

Reporters please state the obvious ELEPHANT in the room. Why would they when U S can't control its dog. And have no input or strength. 😮
@Lamin_GАй бұрын
Miller laments that _"Hamas took so long to respond."_ Several notes about that: 1. Hamas claimed that it took _the White House_ a while to send the details of its plan in print. 2. Despite the administration's cartoonish portrayal of the situation, Hamas is not the only militant group fighting Israel. It must discuss the matter with other militant groups before getting back to the White House and Israel.

I love how the State Department fails to equate the thousands of Palestinians being held in administrative detention by Israel with no charge or conviction, many from the West Bank and having nothing to do with Oct 7th, with the hostages being held by Hamas.
