Bonafied determination is a good idea. But no one really knows exactly where are they up to. It’s been one year with this BFD.

If for a work permit you have to wait for 5 years, filing this case is a waste of money.

Right, it’s not something that happens quickly. It’s still 5 years to even get work permit and about 17 years to get visa unless things speed up. They are just now issuing work permits for 2017.
