Age gives us a greater understanding of what love is. When I first heard this song, at the ripe age of 13, I appreciated the beauty of the song but had yet to understand what it fully meant. Now as I’m on the precipice of 50, I get it.

Love the used of shimmer in the middle instrumental section - it’s so ambient - soothing - this is such a beautiful song - seems heavenly healing haunting and painful all in one

i dont care what anyone says about U2, this whole album is amazing! i loved it in my childhood and i love it now. i cant get into all of their stuff but at least the 80s era (if nothing else) was great
