Need to show how the image looks in Beam Studio so it shows full coverage. No one seems to be showing that so folks know how the image is to be placed to wrap around object.

What is the process of going back to the XY table? Is that what the switch is for? I am interested in the rotary attachment but I am unable to find any information about how easy it is to switch between the two for different projects. Thanks for the guide, it will come in handy soon I hope!

It is relatively easy to switch between the rotary add-on (for curved and round surfaces) and the honeycomb workspace (for flat materials) by taking off the rotary. The process is pretty simple and the switch can be used for enabling or disabling the rotary.

I just went to setup my rotary today and there is no hole for the t knob... will it be okay without it? Also how do you set the laser height on a shot glass? Laser can't go that low....

What size of tumblers can this accommodate?

The Beambox rotary can accommodate any round, cylinder object measuring between 0.39" and 3.00". How does the rotary attachment handle tapered tumblers? Is there any way to support the narrow end?

Yes, you can actually laser cut a circular jig out of wood, sized so that it offsets the taper, and slide it over the narrower end of the tumbler! Hope this helps.

Well the great thing about a Flux Laser Cutter is you ca scale the jig's size up or down in Beam Studio. The rotaries design is perfect for precision and stability.
