It means more when a loved one plays it for the deceased. And it’s sad because often times you cry when you play the qeej for them cuss you also love the person who’s passed on.

Only through Jesus Christ will you ever get to heaven (John 10:9 “I am the door. If anyone enters by me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture”). Seek Jesus Christ only: no other gods can save you from God’s wrath. God’s wrath is not a joke or to be taken lightly (Hebrews 10:31 “It is a dreadful thing to fall into the hands of the living God”). Remember he is our Creator and all things are possible with him (Matthew 19:26). My grandpa told him that if he did not want to be a Shaman then he has to truly believe in the Christianity ways to keep his guides at bay. He did for the longest time but from time to time they still come visit him tell him they’re still waiting on him to call them home. And yes my dad tends to see more than the usual. He just plays it off cause he doesn’t want to get involved.
